About this job
Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A tanker drivers to haul food-grade liquid products across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Pay is by the load, with a stated earning range of $65,000–$70,000 per year, and you are home weekly.
Pay
- Paid per load, with a wage range of $65,000–$70,000 per year
- Extra pay when you work Saturdays and Sundays
- Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000
- Weekly direct deposit

Home time and routes
- Home weekly, with a weekly reset at home
- A mix of local and regional runs, with possibly 2–3 nights out per week
- Typical running area: Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, West Virginia and Kentucky
- Food-grade freight that runs year-round
Equipment
- Late-model Mack, Volvo and International tractors, kept clean and well maintained
- Automatic transmissions, Bluetooth, electronic logs and fridge/microwave capability
- No pets allowed in the truck
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with a tanker endorsement
- At least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
- A safe driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Food-grade tanker experience is a plus but not needed, since the company will train you
