CDL-A Regional Food-Grade Tanker Driver — $7,500 Sign-On, Home Weekly

Our company Transport, a family-owned carrier hauling food-grade products since 1926, is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for a Regional tanker route based out of Elizabethtown, PA. You'll haul items like chocolate, sweeteners, and oils for major manufacturers, with a pay setup built around consistent earnings rather than chasing maximum miles.

Pay

• $87,000.00-$97,000.00 per year, with top earners making $115,000+/yr

• $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid out monthly

• $1,200 weekly guaranteed transition pay for your first 6 weeks

• Loaded miles starting at $0.66 CPM

• Quarterly safety bonuses and other driver incentive programs

• Weekend premium pay once you've run your first solo load

• $250/day paid training rate for tanker training

Home time

• Home every week for your 34-hour restart

• Truck parking available at home or at the terminal if you live within 50 miles of an approved parking spot

What you'll haul

This is specialized food-grade tanker freight for established manufacturers, different from standard van or flatbed work. You run a Regional schedule that gets you home weekly while still offering strong pay potential.

Training

No prior tanker experience needed. Our company pays you to train for the specialized skills this role requires.

• Paid tanker training at $250 per day

• Paid orientation

• Reimbursement available for tanker endorsement, TWIC, and passport costs after hire (a tanker endorsement is required at time of hire)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Minimum age 21

• Tanker endorsement required at time of hire (reimbursed afterward)

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and functional testing

• Clean driving record and solid MVR

• Able to read, write, and speak English
