CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver — Home Weekly

This is a full-time regional dry van job out of West Valley City / Salt Lake City, Utah, open to both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers. You run regional freight and get home every week.

Pay

• Mileage pay starts at $0.55 per mile, with performance bonuses on top.

• Drivers typically average $1,300–$1,500 a week, and up to $1,800 a week is possible depending on productivity.

• Expect roughly 1,900–2,200 miles weekly.

• Stop pay is $15 per stop, plus short-haul pay.

• Trainees are paid $800.

• After your first solo dispatch, a pay guarantee covers your first 3 months.

Routes and schedule

• Regional dry van work, mostly along I-15, I-84, I-90 and I-5.

• Some loads are preloaded or drop-and-hook.

• Expect both day and night driving, weekend work and occasional holidays.

• Solo and team positions are available.

• Home time is weekly, though it can vary by assignment.

Requirements

• A valid Class A CDL; no extra endorsements needed.

• You must live inside the approved hiring area in Utah or Southern Idaho, within 250 miles of ZIP code 84120.

• Willingness to work weekends and drive day or night.

• Meet the applicable DOT and FMCSA standards.
