CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver — Home Weekly

This is a full-time regional dry van driving job based out of West Valley City / Salt Lake City, UT, open to both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers. You run mainly along the I-15, I-84, I-90 and I-5 corridors and are home every week.

Pay

• Mileage pay starts at $0.55 per mile, plus performance bonus opportunities.

• Typical weekly earnings run $1,300–$1,500, and productive drivers can reach up to $1,800.

• Expect roughly 1,900–2,200 miles a week.

• You also get $15 stop pay and short-haul pay.

• Trainees are paid $800.

• After your first solo dispatch, your pay is guaranteed for 3 months.

• Trainee pay differs from what experienced drivers earn.

Home time and schedule

• Home weekly, though this varies by assignment.

• Driving happens both days and nights.

• Weekends are required and holiday work comes up now and then.

What you'll haul

• Regional dry van freight, including preloaded and drop-and-hook loads.

• Solo and team positions are available.

• No extra endorsements are needed.

Requirements

• A valid Class A CDL; new graduates are welcome.

• You must live in the approved hiring area in Utah or Southern Idaho, within 250 miles of ZIP code 84120.

• Be ready to work weekends and drive day and night shifts.

• Meet the DOT and FMCSA requirements that apply.
