CDL-A Regional Driver — Paid Training, $1,000/Week Guarantee

New to driving but hold your CDL-A? This Houston-based regional fleet puts recent CDL school graduates on real loads with a trainer, then moves you into your own truck. Experienced drivers can skip training entirely.

How training works

• You ride along with a driver trainer on actual freight and get paid weekly the whole time

• Once your trainer clears you, you move into your own truck at full pay

• Your first 3 months of solo driving come with a guaranteed $1,000 per week

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight across a regional network covering TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN, AL, KS, MO and IA, IL

• 1,700 to 2,000 miles weekly

• Mix of drop-and-hook and live loading/unloading

• Home every 2 weeks

Pay

• Weekly earnings typically run $1,100 to $1,300

• Mileage rate depends on your experience level

• Extra bonus pay tied to miles, fuel and safety performance

• $15 paid per stop

• $300 orientation pay, plus your travel to orientation is covered

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, age 21 or older

• New CDL holders: at least 120 hours of training from an accredited CDL school

• Experienced drivers: 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (go straight into your own truck, no training needed)

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test

• Live within 250 miles of Houston, TX
