CDL-A Regional Driver — No Experience Required, Home Every Two Weeks

This dedicated dry van account runs out of Kissimmee, FL, keeping freight within the Eastern Seaboard — no long runs out west. Both new drivers and experienced first-seat drivers are welcome, and teams can apply too.

Pay

• Typical weekly earnings land between $1,400 and $1,500

• Rate per mile climbs as you gain experience, topping out at $0.75 CPM

• Extra bonus pay available through the driver performance program

• $15.00 paid per stop

• Expect roughly 2,500 miles a week

• $2,500 sign-on bonus

Home time

You'll be out on routes with home time every two weeks, working a mix of day and night shifts.

What you'll haul

Dry van freight with live loading, live unloading, preloading, and drop-and-hook work. No specialized trailers or equipment needed.

Routes

Lanes stay within the Eastern Seaboard region and don't extend far west.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid CDL-A

• Open to trainees and first-seat experienced drivers

• No endorsements needed

• Teams welcome

• Need to live within 200 miles of Kissimmee, FL

What you'll do

• Drive safely on dedicated Eastern regional lanes

• Handle live loads, unloads, and preloads

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep ELD logs accurate

• Follow DOT rules and company safety standards

• Stay in contact with dispatch on trip status
