CDL-A Regional Company Driver — Paid Mentor Training, No Experience Needed

Our company wants recent CDL-A school graduates for a regional dry van role on their Eastern fleet. You'll go through paid, one-on-one mentor training before taking over your own truck, with no-touch freight and home time built in.

Pay

• $850 per week while you're in the training program

• Once you're solo, expect $1,600-$1,800+ weekly

• Paychecks go out every Friday, and orientation is paid

Home time

• You'll be home weekly or every other week, depending on the run

What you'll haul

• No-touch dry van freight on the Eastern Regional Fleet

• Company covers tolls and fuel program costs

• Dispatch support is available around the clock

• Riders and pets are allowed

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Fresh out of an accredited CDL school, with at least 120 training hours

• Clean driving record

• Must meet DOT and FMCSA standards

• Safety-minded, professional communicator willing to keep learning
