CDL-A Regional & OTR Truck Driver — $1,900–$2,300/Week

Our company Inc. is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional and over-the-road runs out of the Birmingham, AL area. You need at least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience and must be fine with overnight or extended time on the road.

Pay

• $1,900–$2,300 per week

• Steady driving work with support from dispatch and operations

Positions

• Regional: set regional routes that include overnight runs

• OTR: long-distance routes with longer trips and more time away from home

What you'll do

• Drive a tractor-trailer on the routes and schedules you are assigned

• Complete pre-trip, post-trip and other required inspections

• Keep your logs accurate in the company ELD and follow DOT, FMCSA and Hours of Service rules

• Secure and check freight, and keep delivery paperwork correct

• Tell dispatch about delays, equipment problems and road conditions, and report any accident, defect or safety concern right away

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A

• 2+ years of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience

• A safe driving record and working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations

• Comfortable communicating with dispatch and operations

• Willing to run overnight regional or extended OTR trips, depending on the position
