CDL-A Regional & OTR Driver — Company or Owner-Operator, $0.55–$1.54/mi

Our company is looking for Class A CDL drivers in Dallas, TX, for both Texas regional and OTR highway runs. Company drivers, owner-operators, solo and teams are all welcome, and new drivers can start on the regional side through a training program.

Routes

• Regional Texas routes starting from Dallas or Laredo, with drivers out about 5 days at a time

• Kansas to Texas runs, starting from Kansas, Dallas, or Laredo, averaging 3,000-3,500 miles a week for solo drivers

• Highway OTR routes starting from Dallas or Laredo, with flexible time out on the road: 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks, your choice

Pay

Regional Texas (company drivers): $0.55 per mile solo, plus paid live pickup and delivery

Regional Texas (owner-operators): $1.48 per mile solo, plus paid live pickup and delivery; fuel capped at $2.95/gallon

Kansas-Texas runs: $0.60 per mile solo, plus paid live pickup and delivery

Highway OTR (company drivers): $0.60 per mile solo, $0.75 per mile team, plus paid live pickup and delivery

Highway OTR (owner-operators): $1.50 per mile solo, $1.54 per mile team, plus paid live pickup and delivery; fuel capped at $2.95/gallon

All routes run on consistent mileage, so you're not stuck waiting around for freight. You're paid weekly every Friday by direct deposit, there's no forced dispatch, and layover time is compensated.

Equipment and support

Company drivers run a well-kept fleet, while owner-operators can run their own truck backed by steady freight. Dispatch support is available 24/7.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• New drivers accepted for regional routes under the training program

• For OTR routes, at least 6 months to 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Clean driving record and clean background check

• Professional, hardworking attitude
