CDL-A Owner-Operator Tanker Driver — $300K–$360K Gross Revenue Potential

Our company is looking for Class A CDL owner-operators with hazmat and tanker endorsements to run OTR bulk liquid freight. This is a long-term opportunity for experienced bulk tank drivers who want steady dispatch and strong revenue potential.

Pay

• Percentage-based pay structure

• Gross annual revenue potential of $300,000.00 - $360,000.00, based on year-round dispatch and freight availability

• Fuel discounts averaging $0.25–$0.75 per gallon

• $500 bonus for every clean roadside inspection, with no limit on how many you can earn

• $1,000 bonus for referring a driver, paid once they've been on for 6 months

What you'll haul

• Bulk liquid freight such as water, sand, petroleum, fracking liquids, and similar products

• Consistent OTR lanes with flexible scheduling built around your Hours of Service

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

• At least 2 years of recent OTR experience, plus 3 years of driving experience overall

• Hands-on experience with bulk tank wagons, including airing them off

• Pump experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Able to handle both manual and automatic transmissions

• Clean driving history, no major violations or accidents

• Current DOT medical card

• Minimum age 23

• English required

Equipment

• Tractor must weigh 20,000 lbs. or less GVW with fuel

• Pump equipment preferred, not required

On the job

• Haul bulk liquid loads safely

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections every time

• Keep accurate E-Log records for HOS compliance

• Navigate tight, urban areas and backing situations safely

• Follow DOT and company safety rules
