CDL-A Owner-Operator — OTR, 90% of Gross Rate

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A Owner-Operators to run OTR as 1099 independent contractors with a semi truck.

Pay

• You keep 90% of the gross rate on loads.

• Settlements run weekly, with fast direct deposit.

• Earn a $100 bonus for a clean DOT inspection.

• Referral bonuses are available for qualifying referrals.

• After your first 6 months, a 10% dispatch fee applies.

• A refundable security deposit is required, and costs for equipment, insurance, permits, tolls, trailer rental and any optional services may be deducted.

Trailer rental (optional)

• Dry van: 10% of the gross load, with an $800 minimum and $1,300 maximum.

• Reefer: $1,500 per month, plus applicable reefer-hour and mileage charges.

• Reefer units should generally be no more than 10 years old.

What you'll haul

You'll operate a semi truck as an independent contractor, hauling OTR freight.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card.

• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.

• Minimum age 23.

• Smartphone with data, able to send clear photos and documentation.

• Reasonably clean driving and PSP record, with no serious violations in the past 36 months.

• No DUI within the last 5 years.

• Must be clear of the DOT Clearinghouse prohibition.

• Must pass a drug test and criminal background check with no recent or major convictions.
