CDL-A Owner-Operator OTR — 90% of Gross Rate

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A Owner-Operators to run OTR as independent contractors (1099), pulling a semi truck.

Pay

• You keep 90% of the gross rate on each load.

• Settlements are paid weekly with fast direct deposit.

• After your first 6 months, a 10% dispatch fee applies.

• Earn a $100 bonus for a clean DOT inspection.

• Referral bonuses are available for qualifying referrals.

Equipment

• You'll run a semi truck as an independent contractor.

• Trailer rental is optional: Dry van runs 10% of the gross load, with an $800 minimum and $1,300 maximum. Reefer is $1,500 per month plus applicable reefer-hour and mileage charges.

• If you bring your own reefer unit, it generally needs to be 10 years old or newer.

• A refundable security deposit is required, and other deductions may apply depending on your equipment, insurance, permits, tolls, trailer rental and any optional services you choose.

• You'll get support with ELD and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card.

• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.

• Minimum age 23.

• A smartphone with a data plan, since you'll need to submit clear photos and documentation.

• A reasonably clean driving record and PSP history, with no major violations in the last 36 months and no DUI in the last 5 years.

• Clear status in the DOT Clearinghouse.

• Must pass a drug test and have no recent or serious criminal convictions.
