CDL-A Owner-Operator — OTR, 90% of Gross Pay

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A Owner-Operators to run OTR as independent contractors (1099), pulling a semi truck.

Pay

• You keep 90% of the gross rate on each load.

• Settlements are paid weekly, with fast direct deposit.

• After your first 6 months, a 10% dispatch fee applies.

• Earn a $100 bonus for a clean DOT inspection.

• Qualifying referrals can earn you a referral bonus.

Equipment

• You'll need a semi truck; trailer rental is optional.

• Dry van trailer rental: 10% of the gross load, with an $800 minimum and $1,300 maximum.

• Reefer trailer rental: $1,500 per month, plus applicable reefer-hour and mileage charges.

• Reefer units should generally be no older than 10 years.

• A refundable security deposit is required, and other deductions may apply for insurance, permits, tolls, trailer rental and optional services.

Support

• ELD and operational support are provided.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card.

• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience.

• Minimum age of 23.

• A smartphone with data, usable for sending clear documentation and photos.

• A reasonably clean driving record and PSP report, with no major violations in the past 36 months and no DUI within the last 5 years.

• Not listed as prohibited in the DOT Clearinghouse.

• Must pass a drug test and have no recent or serious criminal convictions.
