CDL-A OTR Van Truckload Driver — $1,060–$1,300/wk Avg, Home Every Other Week

Run over-the-road van truckload freight across the Eastern 37 states with our company, hauling mostly drop-and-hook, 95% no-touch loads on steady power lanes. You'll be dispatched ahead of time so you can plan your week, and freight volume stays consistent to keep you moving. All CDL holders are welcome to apply.

Pay

• Average weekly pay runs $1,060-$1,300.

• You're paid by the mile plus an hourly rate for on-duty, non-driving time.

• A new productivity incentive adds up to an additional $.04 per mile based on your weekly mileage.

• New drivers are guaranteed at least $1,000 per week during their first 90 days.

• Weekly performance pay is also available.

• Experienced drivers get a $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid monthly over your first year; inexperienced drivers get $5,000 paid the same way.

• An annual bonus can add up to 2% of your yearly gross pay.

Home time

You'll be home every other week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (or a Commercial Learner's Permit if you want our company's paid CDL training).

• HazMat endorsement preferred.

• Having a passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens up additional opportunities.
