CDL-A OTR Van Truckload Driver — $1,060–$1,300/Week Average

Haul van truckload freight over the road across the Eastern 37 states, running on steady power lanes with freight dispatched ahead of time so you can plan your week. Loads are 95% no-touch and mostly drop-and-hook, with enough volume to keep you driving and minimize downtime. You'll be off every other week.

Pay

• Average weekly pay runs $1,060-$1,300.

• You're paid by the mile plus an hourly rate for on-duty time when you're not driving.

• A new Productivity Incentive adds up to an extra $.04 per mile depending on your weekly mileage.

• During your first 90 days, you're guaranteed at least $1,000 per week.

• Weekly performance pay is also available.

• Experienced drivers get a $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid monthly over your first year; inexperienced drivers get $5,000 paid the same way.

• Orientation is paid.

• After 6 months you earn paid time off, plus 6 paid holidays each year.

• A yearly bonus of up to 2% of your annual gross pay is also offered.

Home time

You'll be home every other week.

What you'll haul

Van truckload freight on predictable, high-volume power lanes throughout the Eastern 37 states, with loads planned and dispatched in advance.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (a Commercial Learner's Permit works if you want our company's paid CDL training instead).

• HazMat endorsement is a plus.

• Having a passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens up more routes.

• Open to all CDL holders, experienced or not.
