CDL-A OTR Van Truck Driver — $1,115–$1,360/Week Average

Run OTR van truckload freight across all 48 states for our company, with steady power lanes and mostly drop-and-hook loads. This role suits any CDL-A holder, whether you're experienced or new to the industry. You'll be home about once a month.

Pay

• Average weekly pay runs $1,115-$1,360.

• You're paid by the mile plus an hourly rate for on-duty time when you're not driving.

• Weekly performance pay adds to your earnings.

• Experienced drivers get a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out monthly over your first year.

• New drivers get a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid out monthly over your first year.

• You can earn an extra $0.02/mile if you hit weekly mileage goals.

• Each year you can also earn a bonus worth up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Home time

Expect to be home about once a month.

• Freight is high-volume and runs on predictable power lanes, keeping your drive time steady and downtime low.

• Loads are dispatched ahead of time so you can plan your week.

• About 95% of freight is no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook.

• Routes cover all 48 states.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.

• HazMat endorsement is a plus.

• Having a passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens up more routes.

• If you need CDL training, our company offers company-paid training programs.
