CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.80/mi Solo, Drop & Hook

Our company is looking for full-time W-2 OTR company drivers to haul dry van freight, mostly drop and hook, averaging about 3,000 miles a week.

Pay

• Base pay of $0.70 per mile for qualifying drivers

• Plus $0.05 per mile safety bonus and $0.05 per mile productivity bonus (up to $0.80/mile total), applied to all miles driven in the qualifying month

• Clean inspection bonuses up to $1,000

• $1,000 driver referral bonus

• Extra pay for detention, layovers, and extra stops

• Paid for all loaded and empty miles

• Estimated yearly pay of $80,000-$120,000

Home time

You can take your truck home when there isn't a company yard nearby.

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight with frequent drop and hook loads

• Volvo and Freightliner automatic trucks equipped with APU, inverter, and microwave

Requirements

• At least 2 years of CDL Class A experience

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No DUI in the past 5 years

• Comfortable using e-logs and a smartphone

• Must meet DOT and company safety standards

• Available for over-the-road work
