CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.80/mi Solo, $0.90/mi Team

Our company is looking for full-time W-2 solo and team CDL-A drivers to run OTR with dry van freight, mostly drop and hook, in Volvo and Freightliner automatics. You'll get 24-hour dispatch support and a range of mileage-based pay and bonuses.

Pay

• Solo: $0.70/mile base, plus up to $0.05/mile safety bonus and $0.05/mile productivity bonus (up to $0.80/mile total)

• Team: $0.80/mile base, plus up to $0.05/mile safety bonus and $0.05/mile productivity bonus (up to $0.90/mile total)

• All loaded and empty miles paid; safety/productivity bonuses pay out the month after they're earned

• Clean inspection bonuses up to $1,000

• $1,000 referral bonus

• Detention, layover, and extra-stop pay

• $200 holiday pay whether you work the holiday or not (6 paid holidays)

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight with frequent drop and hook loads

• Volvo and Freightliner trucks with automatic transmissions, APU, inverter, and microwave

• Pets welcome; take the truck home if there's no yard nearby

What you'll do

• Safely run pickups and deliveries

• Inspect your truck and report maintenance issues

• Keep accurate e-logs and delivery paperwork

• Stay in touch with dispatch on loads and delays

• Take care of the equipment and represent the company well

Requirements

• At least 2 years of CDL-A experience

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No DUI in the past 5 years

• Comfortable using e-logs and a smartphone

• Meets DOT and company safety standards

• Available for OTR work
