About this job
Our company is looking for experienced solo and team drivers for an OTR seat hauling mostly reefer freight across 44 states. This is a top-pay role for drivers with at least a year of OTR experience, not an entry-level or training position.
Pay
- Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile
- Weekly pay lands around $1,600 to $2,000, scaling with the miles you run
- A $2,000 bonus comes with signing on

Home time
Expect to be out for stretches of 2 to 3 weeks before returning home.
What you'll haul
Freight is almost entirely temperature-controlled (reefer) and no-touch, so you're not responsible for loading or unloading. No prior reefer experience is necessary. Trucks come equipped with an APU, fridge, inverter, and microwave for life on the road. Routes cover 44 states, excluding WA, OR, CA, MT, AK, and HI.
Requirements
- Class A CDL, valid and current
- At least 1 year of recent OTR driving experience
- Minimum age 21
- Clean MVR and PSP record
- Must reside within the company's 44-state service area
- Drivers in the SAP program may be considered if in good standing
