Join our company as an experienced over-the-road driver running no-touch reefer freight across 44 states. This seat is built for seasoned drivers who want to maximize mileage pay, not a training slot.
Pay
- Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile, teams up to $0.95 per mile
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Weekly direct deposit, no delays
- Referral and clean-inspection bonuses can add $1,000+ a month on top of mileage pay
- Drivers covering 2,500+ miles a week land at the top of the pay range
Home time
Expect to be out 2–3 weeks between home stays.
What you'll haul
Freight is mostly refrigerated (reefer), steady and year-round. No prior reefer experience needed, just a willingness to run it. All loads are no-touch — you drive, the company handles the rest.
Equipment
Trucks come equipped with an APU, refrigerator, power inverter and microwave.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of recent OTR experience (insurance requirement)
- Minimum age 21
- Clean MVR/PSP record
- Must reside within the company's 44-state hiring area (WA, OR, CA, MT, AK and HI are not run)
- Drivers in the SAP program may be considered if in good standing
