About this job

Our company and MAGARI Enterprises are hiring Class A CDL drivers for OTR runs, with both company driver and lease-to-own owner-operator options available. You'll run brand-new trucks across all 48 states, hauling reefer, dry van or flatbed freight.

Pay

Company drivers earn $0.65 to $0.70 per mile on non-SAP reefer loads, $0.65 per mile on dry van, and $0.75 per mile plus $75 tarp pay on flatbed, with all miles paid. Posted weekly pay for the role runs $1,800 to $3,500. Lease-to-own drivers can choose a revenue split of 75%, 77% or 88% of gross, with the percentage you keep reflecting which costs (trailer rent, cargo liability, dispatch fee, ELD service) are bundled in versus billed separately. Weekly gross revenue averages $6,000 to $9,000, with take-home typically landing between $1,500 and $3,500 depending on efficiency.

Home time

Most drivers run about three weeks before taking up to four days off, though you can stay out longer if you prefer. There's no forced dispatch, and the company says it tries to work around driver preferences.

What you'll haul

Reefer, dry van and flatbed trailers, all new equipment, running nationwide (no regional freight).

Lease-to-own details

Available trucks include 2022-2026 Freightliner Cascadias and 2025 Kenworth T680/W900 models, with weekly lease payments around $699 for terms of 156 to 208 weeks. There's no down payment, no credit check, and no balloon payment - the truck is titled in your name once the lease term ends, and you can walk away from the lease at any time. Additional lease-related costs can include a refundable $2,500 escrow (deducted at $100/week), physical insurance, registration and highway taxes, occupational insurance, a per-mile maintenance reserve you can reclaim, and trailer maintenance fees.

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 2 years of OTR or regional driving experience
  • Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years)
  • Current DOT physical
  • At least 23 years old
  • No history of abandoning a truck with a prior employer; employment verification is performed

  • Fuel card with discounts at Flying J and Pilot
  • Lease purchase program
  • Passenger ride-along and pet rider programs
  • Referral program
  • Detention pay and cash advances
  • Safety, referral, longevity, and clean inspection bonuses (up to $500)
