About this job
Our company is looking for experienced solo and team drivers for OTR runs hauling mostly reefer freight across 44 states. This is a top-pay seat for drivers with experience, not a training role.
Pay
- Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Weekly pay through direct deposit
- Referral and clean-inspection bonuses can add $1,000+ a month
- Drivers running 2,500+ miles a week land at the top of the pay range
Home time
Expect to be out 2–3 weeks between home stays, running all states except WA, OR, CA, MT, AK, and HI.
What you'll haul
Freight is no-touch and mostly refrigerated, offering steady year-round work. No reefer experience needed, just willingness to run it. Trucks come equipped with an APU, fridge, power inverter, and microwave.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of recent OTR experience
- Minimum age 21
- Clean MVR and PSP record
- Must reside within the 44-state hiring area
- SAP program drivers in good standing are welcome to apply
