OTR CDL-A Dedicated Driver — $1,188 Guaranteed Weekly Minimum

Our company has an OTR CDL-A opening on a long-standing dedicated account, partnered with the same customer for over 15 years. You'll run the lower 48 states, mostly handling drop and hook freight, with a steady schedule and dependable miles.

Pay

• Annual earnings range from $60,000 to $93,000

• Weekly average of $1,800

• Weekly minimum pay guaranteed at $1,188

• Raise after your first 12 months on the job

• $500 bonus for new hires, paid out in full on your second paycheck

• $3,000 paid to you for every qualified driver you refer

• $250 per day for a two-day paid orientation

• Reimbursement offered for drivers who obtain a Hazmat endorsement

Home time

Expect to be out for about 2 weeks at a stretch, then home for 2 to 3 days. Most weekends you'll be off.

What you'll haul

Freight runs across the lower 48, mainly drop and hook loads, averaging 2,500 to 2,700 miles weekly. A pet and passenger program is available for riders along the way.

Requirements

• Current CDL-A

• Hazmat endorsement needed

• At least 21 years old

• 6+ months of recent experience driving a tractor-trailer

• Experience driving in winter conditions

• Meets DOT qualifications

• Must clear a full drug screening

• Clean record for safety and employment history

• No diploma or degree required
