CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.80 CPM + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

This is a top-pay OTR opening for experienced solo and team drivers hauling mostly refrigerated freight across 44 states. You'll run 2,500+ miles weekly and be home every 2–3 weeks.

Pay

• Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• Weekly direct deposit, with checks reflecting the miles you run (roughly $1,600–$2,000 a week)

• Extra monthly earnings available through referral bonuses and clean-inspection bonuses, potentially $1,000+ a month

Home time

• Out 2–3 weeks at a stretch, then home

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, mostly refrigerated (reefer) loads — no prior reefer experience needed

• Routes cover 44 states, excluding Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii

Equipment

• Well-maintained trucks equipped with APU, fridge, power inverter and microwave

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of recent OTR experience (insurance requirement)

• Minimum age 21

• Clean MVR/PSP record

• Must live within the 44-state hiring area

• SAP program participants in good standing may be considered
