CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Up to $0.80 CPM + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for experienced solo and team drivers for an OTR seat with strong mileage pay and a pet-friendly truck. This is not an entry-level or training position.

Pay

• Solo drivers can earn up to $0.80 per mile; teams up to $0.95 per mile

• Weekly paychecks typically run $1,600 to $2,000, paid by direct deposit

• $2,000 sign-on bonus

• Extra income available through referral bonuses and clean-inspection bonuses, potentially adding $1,000 or more a month

• Drivers can expect 2,500+ miles per week

Home time

Expect to be out 2–3 weeks before heading home.

What you'll haul

• Freight is no-touch, so you're not loading or unloading

• Mostly refrigerated loads; no prior reefer experience needed

• Routes cover 44 states (Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii are excluded)

Equipment

Trucks come equipped with an APU, refrigerator, power inverter and microwave.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of recent OTR experience (required for insurance purposes)

• Must be 21 or older

• Clean driving and PSP record

• Must reside within the company's 44-state operating area

• Drivers in the SAP program may be considered if compliant
