CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Starting $0.59/Mile

Our company, a family-run OTR carrier out of Houston, TX 77002, is looking for Class A CDL drivers to run their late-model Kenworth and Peterbilt glider trucks. Drivers here typically bring home between $50K and $100K a year.

Pay

• Pay starts at $0.59 per mile and climbs with your time at the company: $0.60/mile at 1 year, $0.61 at 2 years, $0.62 at 3 years, $0.63 at 4 years, and $0.64 at 5 years

• Running shorter routes pays more per loaded mile: an added $0.15 for stretches of 1-150 miles, and an added $0.10 for stretches of 151-368 miles

• You'll earn $50 for every stop beyond your first on a route

• Payroll runs weekly through direct deposit

• The company issues fuel cards and covers your repairs, servicing, and other on-the-road costs

Requirements

• You need to be at least 23 years old

• Your driving record should show no more than 3 moving violations over the past 3 years

• You'll need to clear a DOT physical, a pre-employment drug test, and a physical capacity exam

• A driving test is part of the hiring process

• At least 3 years of verifiable OTR experience driving Class A is required
