CDL-A OTR Truck Driver (Solo/Team) — No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers, solo or team, for LTL freight with appointed deliveries. The company has been family owned and operated for 26 years, and all trucks run without driver-facing cameras.

Pay

• Solo drivers earn $0.62 to $0.67 per mile; team drivers earn $1 per mile

• All miles paid, both loaded and empty, with an effective rate up to 80 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are included

• Weekly wage range of $1,500.00 to $2,000.00, with realistic earning potential of $2,000 or more per week

• Top drivers bring in over $100,000 a year as W2 company drivers

• $15.00 per drop and $35.00 per pickup

• $400 monthly mileage bonus

• DOT inspection bonuses: $100 for a clean Level 1, $75 for Level 2, $50 for Level 3

• $500 paid orientation at the New Jersey terminal

• $5,000 referral bonus for sending in new hires, paid out as $1,000 after 30 days, $1,000 after 90 days, and $3,000 after 6 months

• $80.00 per diem paid as non-taxable income

What you'll haul

• LTL freight with scheduled, appointed deliveries

• Steady, consistent runs covering 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week

• You'll keep the same dispatcher for every load

Equipment

• Newer trucks including the Kenworth T-680, Volvo VNL-860, and Peterbilt 579

Requirements

• Minimum age 23

• At least 6 months of Class A driving experience

• Hazmat endorsement required

• Tanker endorsement required (for totes, not trailers)
