About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers, both solo and team, to run consistent freight on newer equipment. The freight is 100% no-touch dry van, with round-trip and one-way runs available.
Pay
Solo drivers pick between $0.80 per mile or a $2,200 weekly flat rate, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, a $150 weekly winter OTR bonus and a $1,500 bonus for completing the Winter Holidays. Team drivers can choose $1.00 per truck mile (split between the two drivers) or $2,400 weekly flat pay per driver, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus per driver, a $125 weekly winter OTR bonus per driver and the same $1,500 Winter Holidays completion bonus. Overall weekly pay runs from $3,000.00 to $4,500.00. You're paid by direct deposit every week, and cash advances are available.
Home time
Home time is flexible, with a mix of OTR runs and dedicated lanes.
What you'll haul
You'll run dry van trailers (2025-2026 models) that are 100% no-touch, on both round-trip and one-way routes.
Equipment
Trucks are 2023-2027 Freightliner, Volvo, International and Peterbilt models, each equipped with an APU, inverter, microwave and refrigerator. The company covers maintenance costs.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of CDL-A (OTR) driving experience
- Clean enough driving record to meet DOT standards
- SAP candidates will not be considered
