About this job
Our company is looking for Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road routes. Solo drivers, teams, and recent CDL grads ready for a team role are all welcome to apply.
Pay
- Solo: $0.65 per mile, or 30% of weekly gross revenue
- Team: $0.80-$0.85 per mile, or 35% of gross revenue
- Weekly pay ranges from $3,000.00 to $4,700.00
- Full pay details and terms are covered during hiring
Home time
- 3-4 weeks out on the road
- 3-4 days home between OTR stretches
What you'll haul
- Freight delivered on schedule across OTR routes
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Solo applicants need at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Drivers with under a year of experience may qualify for team positions
- New CDL-A grads can apply for eligible team spots
- Clean driving record and standard employment eligibility
- Must meet company safety and insurance standards
- SAP program applicants will not be considered
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial trucks safely and professionally
- Get freight delivered on time
- Handle inspections and transportation paperwork
- Stay compliant with DOT rules and company safety policies
- Keep communication clear with dispatch and customers
