About this job
Our company is looking for a CDL-A driver to run OTR routes hauling freight across the country. You'll be away from home for stretches of time while covering long-distance lanes.
Pay
- $80.00 - $85.00 per mile
What you'll do
- Operate the tractor-trailer safely on long-haul routes
- Check equipment before and during trips
- Secure loads properly
- Keep up with logs and paperwork
- Stay in touch with dispatch and hit delivery windows
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- About 2 years of tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Clean driving history
- Able to pass a DOT drug screen and DOT physical
- English proficiency
