CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — No Forced Dispatch, $3,000-$3,200/Week

Our company Inc. is a family-run dry van carrier looking for experienced Class A OTR drivers. You get steady miles, a dispatcher who actually picks up the phone, and the ability to see your load before accepting it.

Pay

• $0.75-$0.80 per mile, depending on experience

• 3,500+ miles weekly

• Most drivers average $9,500-$14,000 gross per week ($3,000.00-$3,200.00 weekly pay listed for this role)

• Direct deposit every Friday

• Detention pay kicks in after 2 hours, plus layover pay

• $2,000 sign-on bonus, split into $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days

Home time

• Out 3-4 weeks, home for 3-4 days

• No forced dispatch - you review each load before committing

Equipment

• Automatic Freightliners, model years 2022-2026, fully equipped

• Maintenance is covered by the company and not taken out of your paycheck

• EZ Pass/PrePass included, plus a fuel discount card, with tolls and scale fees covered

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of OTR experience that can be verified (1 year preferred per listing)

• Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card

• Must pass a DOT drug screening
