CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — No Forced Dispatch, $3,000–$3,200/Week

Our company Inc., a family-run dry van carrier, is looking for experienced CDL-A OTR drivers. This is a 1099 independent contractor role driving company trucks, so you're not covering truck payments or repair costs.

Pay

• Pick your pay structure: $0.75–$0.80 per mile based on experience, or 30% of the load's gross

• Running 3,500–4,000 miles weekly on CPM works out to $3,000–$3,200 per week

• Direct deposit every Friday

• Detention pay kicks in after 2 hours, plus layover pay

• $2,000 sign-on bonus, split into $1,000 at 30 days and $1,000 at 90 days

Home time

• Out 3–4 weeks, home for 3–4 days

• No forced dispatch — you review each load before committing to it

Equipment

• Automatic Freightliners, model years 2022–2026

• The company covers all maintenance, with nothing taken out of your pay

• EZ Pass, PrePass and a fuel card mean tolls and scale fees are handled for you

Support

• Dispatch is staffed around the clock by actual people, not a phone tree

• Orientation is paid

• Pets and riders are both welcome

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience

• Clean driving record and a current DOT medical card

• Must pass a DOT drug screen

• Open to drivers in every state except California
