CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Monthly Bonus + 401k Match

Haul our company's refrigerated food products across the country as part of their private fleet. You'll run OTR routes averaging 2,300 miles per week, representing the company at every loading dock and customer stop along the way.

Pay

You'll earn a solid annual wage plus the chance for a monthly bonus. Exact pay depends on your skills, experience and location. You can also add income by breaking down customer orders yourself or arranging a lumping service to handle unloading.

What you'll haul

You'll drive 2020 or newer tractors paired with late-model Great Dane refrigerated trailers, delivering our company products to customers on pre-set delivery windows.

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• 100,000 miles of driving experience, or graduation from a certified truck driving school

• 2 years of recent OTR experience preferred

• Refrigerated food hauling experience is a plus

• A driving record that satisfies both company policy and DOT standards

• Comfortable with basic math, reading maps, and some mechanical troubleshooting; computer familiarity is helpful

You'll be expected to run thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, file E-DVIR reports on any mechanical issues, keep appointments on schedule, collect signatures on bills of lading, and give dispatch a heads-up on any delays. Safety, professionalism and strong customer service matter throughout.
