CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

Quality Wheels is looking for CDL-A drivers to run OTR dry van freight with no-touch loads. The company has picked up several industry awards and offers steady weekly pay plus modern equipment.

Pay

• $0.72 per mile for all empty and loaded miles

• Typical weekly earnings run $2,000 to $2,600, averaging around $2,300

• Payroll runs Monday through Sunday, with paychecks issued on Thursday

• Travel costs for orientation are covered

Home time

• Expect about 2 days home after a minimum 12-day OTR stretch

• If you stay out longer, you'll get 1 day home for every week on the road

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight that's no-touch

• Routes cover the Midwest, North East, South, and South East

• Average around 3,000 miles weekly, typically between 2,500 and 3,500

Equipment

• Newer trucks (2025-2027 Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia models)

• Each truck comes with an APU, fridge, microwave, power inverter, and bunk heater

• Speeds are governed at 68 mph on the pedal and 70 mph cruise

• Riders are welcome under the passenger policy

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience

• Operate as a 1099 independent contractor

• Able to average 2,500-3,000 miles weekly

• Clean DOT compliance record

• SAP drivers not accepted
