About this job
Our company is looking for OTR CDL-A drivers to haul dry van and reefer freight across all 48 states. Freight is no-touch, routes are solo, and the company is family-owned with a focus on driver support.
Pay
- Starting at $0.65 CPM, with guaranteed raises of $0.01 CPM every 6 months up to $0.71 CPM
- Extra pay for detention, layover, and breakdowns
- Paid weekly by direct deposit, averaging $1,875 per week
- Annual pay ranges from $79,500.00 to $115,500.00, with top earners bringing in over $100,000.00 a year
- Paid orientation and anniversary bonuses
Home time
- Home every other weekend
- Scheduling has some flexibility

- Dry van and reefer freight, no-touch

- Late-model trucks governed at 70 MPH

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- 6 to 12 months of driving experience within the last 24 months
- Must be at least 21 years old
