Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers to run dry van and refrigerated freight on a stable, high-mile fleet. The company has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running (2025 & 2026) and emphasizes a driver-first approach.
Pay
- Typical weekly pay is $1,350, with the top 25% of drivers earning $1,935 or more per week
- Annual pay averages $70,200, with the top 25% earning $100,620 or more per year
- Guaranteed minimum pay is included
- Detention pay up to $160 per 24-hour period
- Inclement weather pay up to $150 per day so you're not stuck driving unsafe roads or sitting unpaid
- Layover pay up to $150 per day
- Safety bonus and a hiring bonus are offered
- Referral bonuses up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can earn

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 4 months of recent CDL-A driving experience after finishing training
- Comfortable working and communicating with others
- Background check required; Marten evaluates conviction history individually and in line with applicable fair chance laws, considering factors like rehabilitation and time since the offense
