CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Earn $1,350–$1,935+/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers to run dry van and refrigerated freight with steady miles and a dependable schedule. The fleet has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running, and much of the freight is drop and hook to keep you moving instead of waiting.

Pay

• Typical weekly pay is $1,350, with the top 25% of drivers earning $1,935 or more

• Annual pay runs around $70,200, with top earners bringing in $100,620 or more

• Guaranteed minimum pay

• Detention pay up to $160 per 24-hour period

• Inclement weather pay up to $150 per day so you're not pushed to drive unsafe conditions or sit unpaid

• Layover pay up to $150 per day

• Safety bonus and a hiring bonus

• Referral bonus up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can earn

Requirements

• Valid Class A Interstate Commercial Driver's License

• At least 4 months of recent CDL-A driving experience after finishing training

• Comfortable working and communicating with others

• Background check required; Marten evaluates conviction history individually and in line with applicable fair chance laws
