CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Earn $1,350–$1,935+/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers to run steady dry van and refrigerated freight. This carrier has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running (2025 and 2026) and focuses on keeping drivers moving with consistent miles and dependable schedules.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $1,350, with the top 25% of drivers earning $1,935 or more

• Annual pay runs $70,200, with the top 25% of drivers earning $100,620 or more

• A guaranteed minimum pay is included

• Detention pay up to $160 per 24-hour period

• Inclement weather pay up to $150 per day so you're not stuck driving in unsafe conditions or sitting unpaid

• Layover pay up to $150 per day

• Safety bonus and a hiring bonus are offered

• Refer a driver and earn up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can refer

What you'll haul

• Dry van and refrigerated freight, with drop and hook loads that mean more driving time and less waiting around

Equipment

• Late-model tractors equipped with APUs, automatic transmissions, and inverters

• Marten runs with Drivewyze, which helps cut delays and speed up your routes

Requirements

• Valid Class A Interstate Commercial Driver's License

• At least 4 months of CDL-A experience gained after finishing training

• Comfortable working and communicating with others

• A background check is part of the hiring process; those with arrest or conviction records will be evaluated individually and in line with applicable fair chance laws
