CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — Average $82,800–$92,160/yr

Our company is looking for solo CDL-A drivers to run OTR dry van freight across the 48 states, with primary lanes in the Midwest and Southwest. Haul lengths typically run 1,400 to 1,500 miles, and you'll be out about 10 to 14 days before your home time.

Pay

• Solo drivers average $82,800 to $92,160 per year

• Trainers can earn up to $117,000 a year

Home time

• Expect to be out roughly 10 to 14 days at a stretch, with a generous home time plan (about 2-3 days home per cycle)

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, OTR, running all 48 states with a focus on Midwest and Southwest lanes

Equipment

• Late-model trucks built with driver comfort in mind, all satellite equipped and well maintained

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience

• Minimum age 23

• No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years

• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA standards

• SAP drivers are not being considered right now
