CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $90K–$110K/Year + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver to run OTR dedicated freight out of Dallas, TX. You'll handle multi-stop routes across the Southern and Western U.S. in newer equipment, with steady work and a strong pay package.

Pay

• Gross annual pay of $90,000–$110,000+

• $0.74 per mile

• $3,000 sign-on and retention bonus for a limited time

• $52 per customer delivery stop, plus $25 for each additional stop

• $25 per hour for delays

• Weekly pay by direct deposit

Home time

• Truck is based out of Dallas, TX

• Expect to be out roughly 2-3 weeks between home stops

• Freight is dedicated, so your workload stays consistent with less downtime

• Some stops require you to tailgate freight or handle dunnage

Equipment

• 2022 and newer trucks

• 53-foot dry van trailers

• Built-in Wi-Fi and updated driver technology

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of CDL-A driving experience

• Clean driving record

• Must clear a DOT physical and drug screening

• Able to bend, lift, push and pull as needed

• Good communication and customer service skills, with flexibility on the road
