CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $7,500 Sign-On Bonus, No-Touch Freight

Pay and bonuses

• $7,500 sign-on bonus, paid out as $5,000 at 6 months and $2,500 at 12 months

• Top 20% of Dallas Terminal OTR drivers average $1,725 per week

• Pay is experience-based, plus a Drive To Thrive bonus of up to 3 CPM

• Detention pay of $12.50 per hour after the first 2 hours

• Layover and breakdown pay of $100 per day

• Higher rates paid where required by law

Miles and home time

• Average 2,000 miles per week, with the top 30% running 2,300 to 3,000+ miles weekly

• Average length of haul is approximately 400 miles

• Home time is flexible, with a suggested rhythm of 12 days out and 2 days home

• No forced dispatch into NYC

• 100% no-touch freight

• 50 to 60% drop and hook, 40 to 50% live unload

Drivers with at least 1 year of OTR experience and a clean safety record can move into training and boost their income:

• Guaranteed $250 per week while training

• Extra $0.05 CPM on miles over 1,875 per week
