CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $2,100–$2,600/Week

Drive tractor-trailers over the road across multiple states for our company Inc. You'll haul a mix of freight types, including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker and other specialized loads, while staying compliant with safety rules.

Pay

• $2,100.00 to $2,600.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated goods, hazmat and dangerous goods, plus flatbed or tanker specialty loads

• Loading and unloading cargo by hand or with a forklift when needed, keeping freight secure and intact

What you'll do

• Run long-haul routes across state lines, following FMCSA and DOT rules

• Plan efficient paths with GPS for on-time delivery and adjust routes as needed during the trip

• Check your truck, trailer and load before and after each trip to catch safety or maintenance problems early

• Keep delivery logs, shipment paperwork and compliance records in order, including hazmat documentation

• Stay in touch with dispatch, customers and teammates to keep deliveries on schedule and sort out issues on the road

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving history and recent OTR experience

• Background in commercial truck driving, including multi-state route and delivery work

• Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT rules, hazmat regulations and general trucking safety practices

• Comfortable driving manual transmission trucks and running equipment like forklifts or dump trucks when the job calls for it

• Hands-on experience loading/unloading freight and securing loads on flatbeds or tankers

• Solid GPS and route-planning skills

• Careful, safety-minded handling of hazardous or dangerous materials
