CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,900+/Week Avg, 3 Weeks Out/3 Days Home

Our company needs CDL-A over-the-road drivers for a 3-weeks-out, 3-days-home rotation. You'll run loaded and empty miles, all paid, with a choice of 1099 or W2 setup so you can structure your work the way you want.

Pay

• Average gross pay of $1,900+ per week, with a wage range of $1,900.00 to $2,300.00 per week

• Both loaded and empty miles count toward your pay

• Detention pay: $20 per hour after the first 2 hours

• Layover pay: $100

• Extra stop pay: $30

• Breakdown pay: $100

• Orientation pay: $100 loaded onto your fuel card

• Travel expenses covered

Home time

• 3 weeks on the road, then 3 days at home

What you'll haul

• 53' dry van freight

• Expect to run 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly

• Passengers and pets are allowed on board

Equipment

• 2023-2027 Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks, pulling 53' dry vans from the 22-27 model range

• Trucks are equipped with a fridge, microwave, and TV stand

• Governed at 70 mph

• Sirius XM radio included

• Backed by an in-house repair shop and 24/7 breakdown support so you're never stuck alone

Requirements

• 2 full years of verifiable Class A driving experience

• Valid CDL-A

• Clean driving record

• Must be registered in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
