CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,800+/wk Average, $1,000 Sign-On

Our company is growing its OTR fleet with steady freight moving between Texas, the Midwest, and the East Coast (not including NY/NJ). You'll get consistent lanes, solid weekly miles, and predictable time at home.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800+

• $0.67 per mile

• $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $500 after your first 7 days and $500 after 90 days

• Detention pay and paid orientation

• Quarterly paid safety training

• Referral bonus up to $1,000

Routes and miles

• Average 2,700+ miles weekly

• Freight runs through Texas, the Midwest, and the East Coast, excluding New York and New Jersey

Home time

• 14 days on the road followed by 2-3 days at home

Requirements

• CDL-A held for at least 1 year

• Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) and a passed criminal background check

• Able to lift 50 lbs overhead and handle bending/lifting tasks

• Able to climb in and out of the cab using three points of contact

• Able to get onto the catwalk and couple the trailer safely

• Able to work the fifth-wheel lock-release and crank the landing gear

• Able to bend and check under the trailer to confirm the pin lock connection

• Able to sit and drive for at least 4 hours straight
