CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,800+ Weekly Average, 2,700+ Miles

EVO is growing its OTR fleet with steady freight moving between Texas, the Midwest, and the East Coast (not including NY/NJ). This route offers consistent miles and predictable time at home.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800+

• $0.67 per mile

• $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $500 after your first 7 days and $500 after 90 days

• Paid detention time

• Paid orientation

• Paid safety training each quarter

• Referral bonus up to $1,000

Home time and freight

• Drivers average 2,700+ miles weekly

• Typical schedule is 14 days out with 2-3 days home

• Freight runs through the Midwest, Texas, and East Coast network, excluding New York and New Jersey

Requirements

• CDL-A with at least 1 year of driving experience

• Clean MVR and PSP record

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Able to lift 50 lbs overhead, bending and using your legs, arms, and back

• Able to climb in and out of the truck using three points of contact

• Able to get onto the catwalk behind the cab and stay steady while hooking up the trailer

• Able to bend to release the fifth-wheel lock, which puts strain on the lower back

• Able to turn the landing gear crank using your arms, legs, and back

• Able to bend down and check under the trailer that the pin is locked into the fifth-wheel

• Able to sit and drive for at least 4 hours straight without stopping
