CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,800+/Week Average, 14 Days Out/2-3 Home

EVO is growing its OTR fleet with steady freight moving between Texas, the Midwest, and the East Coast (excluding NY/NJ). You'll get consistent lanes, solid weekly miles, and predictable time off the road.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800+

• $0.67 per mile

• $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after 7 days, $500 after 90 days)

• Detention pay

• Paid orientation

• Paid quarterly safety training

• Referral bonus up to $1,000

Home time

• 14 days on the road, then 2-3 days home

What you'll haul

• Freight runs through the Midwest, Texas, and the East Coast network

• New York and New Jersey are not part of the route

• Drivers typically log 2,700+ miles per week

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A held for at least 1 year

• Clean MVR and PSP record

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs overhead, using proper bending and lifting technique

• Able to climb in and out of the cab using three points of contact

• Able to get onto the catwalk and stay steady while hooking up the trailer

• Able to bend to release the fifth-wheel lock and crank the landing gear by hand

• Able to bend down and check under the trailer that the pin is locked into the fifth-wheel

• Able to sit and drive for at least 4 hours straight
