About this job
Our company needs a Class A CDL driver to run freight between Florida and the Northeast, with stops across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and nearby states. You'll move general freight by tractor-trailer on these regional and OTR lanes, managing your runs independently while keeping everything safe and by the book.

What you'll haul
- General freight by tractor-trailer, running regional and OTR lanes connecting Florida to the Northeast
What the job involves
- Driving in line with FMCSA and DOT rules
- Mapping out your routes with GPS to hit delivery windows
- Checking your rig before, during, and after each trip
- Loading and unloading freight the right way
- Logging your hours, deliveries, and inspection records accurately
- Checking in with dispatch regularly
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving history
- Solid track record driving commercially
- Comfortable navigating with GPS
- Working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT rules
- Good handling of freight and cargo management
- Able to handle long hauls on your own
