CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,800/Week, No Forced NYC

Bay and Bay Transportation is looking for experienced OTR drivers for steady over-the-road runs out of San Antonio, TX. You'll get big-fleet pay and equipment with the feel of a family-owned company, and freight that doesn't require touching.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $1,300 to $1,800

• Mileage rate of $0.55 to $0.64 CPM, with pay starting as high as $0.64 CPM for some drivers

• Yearly raises and direct deposit every week

• Extra pay available for detention time, referrals, vacation and holidays

• Paid sick time

• Orientation pay, plus a flight or rental car, a hotel room to yourself, and meals covered during orientation

Home time and dispatch

• You won't be forced into New York City dispatch

What you'll haul

• No touch freight, so you're not loading or unloading

• No slip seating - your truck is yours

Equipment

• Trucks are 2022 or newer Freightliners and Kenworth T680s

• Features include APUs or auto start/stop, inverters in most trucks, PrePass, and in-cab scanning

• Pets and riders are welcome on the road

• Terminal and driver lounge have been updated

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• Recent OTR tractor-trailer experience (listed as either 6 months or 12 months, depending on the source)

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 3 years
