CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,800/Week, No Forced NYC

Bay and Bay Transportation needs experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for steady mile runs. You get the pay and equipment of a large fleet, plus the personal touch of a family-owned company.

Pay

• Weekly pay of $1,300 – $1,800 (wage range listed as $1,400.00 – $1,800.00 per week)

• $0.55 – $0.64 per mile, with starting pay up to $0.64 CPM

• Pay raises every year

• Direct deposit weekly

• Extra pay for detention time, plus bonuses for referring other drivers

Home time and dispatch

• You won't be forced into New York City runs

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• Trucks are not slip-seated, so you keep your own assigned equipment

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth T680 trucks

• Trucks come with APUs or auto start/stop systems, and most have inverters

• PrePass and in-cab scanning equipment included

• Riders and pets are welcome on board

• Terminal includes a modern lounge for drivers

Orientation

• Bay and Bay covers your flight or rental car, a private hotel room and meals while you complete orientation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Recent OTR tractor-trailer experience required (the posting states 6 months in one section and 12 months in another, so confirm with the recruiter)

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 3 years

• A safety-focused approach to driving
