CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,800/Week, No Forced NYC

Bay and Bay Transportation needs experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for steady over-the-road miles. You'll get big-fleet pay and equipment with the feel of a family-owned carrier, running newer trucks with no forced dispatch into New York City.

Pay

• Weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,800 (listed range elsewhere as $1,400 to $1,800)

• $0.55 to $0.64 per mile, with drivers starting as high as $0.64 CPM

• Pay increases each year, deposited weekly by direct deposit

• Detention pay, referral bonuses, paid vacation, paid holidays and paid sick time

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight

• No slip seating

• Pet and rider program available

Equipment

• 2022 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth T680 tractors

• APU or auto start/stop, inverters in most units, PrePass and in-cab scanning

• Updated driver lounge and terminal facilities

Orientation

• Flight or rental car provided to get you there

• Single-occupancy hotel room and meals covered

• Paid time for completing orientation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• OTR tractor-trailer experience required (6 months per the job overview, 12 months per the stated job requirements)

• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 3 years

• Safety-focused approach to the job
